About the house
With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, you will never want to leave the giant colonial lounge sofas. If the large dining table is not enough, you can also sit at the bar. The open, attractive, country kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. On the mainfloor is a shower room with washing machine and dryer. WiFi is available. On the ground floor there is also an extra spacious room, which can be used as a bedroom (bunk bed), play area for the children, etc. From the living room you have access to the spacious wooden terrace, where you can sit in a sheltered position, sunbathe or have a barbecue. The house is situated on a plot from 3000 m2 with fences, so the dogs can enjoy, without worries of the boss. Adjacent to the house, under the sloping roof, there is a spacious garage with a spacious Finnish sauna, where a car can also be driven in. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, with two sleeping places per room. The largest bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink and a cheerful tile print with butterflies.
Environment
This nature house is located in the Giant Mountains, at the foot of a mountain in a protected nature reserve. The enjoyment starts during the car journey to this small village of Jarkowice with numerous hairpin bends, interspersed with forest plots and amazing viewpoints. As a walker, cyclist or mountain biker you are tempted to get out, because you will come across marked routes along the way. But don't worry, you can also find them in the village of Jarkowice. From the house you can go straight into nature. If you like silence, then you're in the right place. You can literally hear a pin drop and you need binoculars to spot the neighbors. Deers, foxes and multiple bird bird species, you can see with the naked eye from the house or terrace.
